Scoop: Nvidia's Jensen Huang meets Lutnick amid China scrutiny

Context: A Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security spokesperson told Axios last week that it's investigating potential Nvidia Blackwell chip export violations.

• Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent last week also floated regulatory action against Chinese labs: "When PRC firms conduct covert, industrial-scale distillation attacks that cross the line into IP theft, sanctions and Entity List designations will be on the table," Bessent said.
